No Pets Policy
Pets are not permitted in either the lodge or cottages. Please do not bring them with you.

Arrival Times
When you arrive in Arthur's Pass, come to our offices on the Main Road in the centre of the village. If we are not there, we will leave instructions on the front door on how to find us.

We ask that you arrive after 1.00 pm. to allow us time to clean our complex. If you arrive before 1.00 pm we are happy to store your gear until we have your room ready.

We would like to have you checked in by 7.00 pm. If you know that you will be later than that, please tell us so that we can make alternative arrangements to get you booked in. If you had expected to arrive before 7.00 pm. and your plans change, ensure that you ring us.

Cancellation Policy
At the time a booking is made we record your credit card details and verify them. We do not charge your card at this time.

If you cancel your booking over 24 hours from 5.00 pm on the day you were scheduled to arrive then there is no penalty whatsovever.

If you cancel your booking within 24 hours from 5.00 pm on the day your were scheduled to arrive, and we are able to re-sell the room/beds that you had reserved then there is no penalty to you whatsover. If we are unable to re-sell the room/beds that you had reserved then we will charge your credit card for one night's tariff.

If you cancel after 5.00 pm on the day you were scheduled to arrive or do not show up, then we will charge your credit card with one night's tariff.

If the total value of your reservation is over NZ$500.00, we reserve the right to ask for a 30% deposit to confirm the reservation. We will contact you by phone or email to discuss this arrangement before we charge your credit card for the deposit.
